Another plus is the wide variety, including salmon kimbap and bulgogi kimbap.We carefully roll the rolls from scratch after receiving your order so that you can enjoy the crispy texture of the seaweed! Samgyeopsal is now a staple Korean dish in Japan.The meat used for our samgyeopsal is Kagoshima's brand of pork, "Black Pork."The fat is very sweet! It's also soft and melts in your mouth. It's cut thickly so it's very satisfying to eat! It goes great with the Korean liquor "Chamisul". By the way, our restaurant is the number one consumer of Chamisul in Shikoku.
